Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) is nonmalignant (noncancerous) enlargement of the prostate gland and related to aging. It oftentimes happened to the old men, that is 50 years old or older. Sometimes men feel asymptomatic (doesn't feel anything), sometimes symptomatic (feel abnormality). Symptoms are a hesitant, interrupted, weak stream, urgency and leaking or dribbling, more frequent urination, especially at night (nocturia).
